PROCEDURE
The first step is to retrieve the asset record for the asset, using its current (or pre-change) registration) detail. Then click on the EDIT ASSET INFO button (as shown below) to show the asset information edit page.
On the asset information edit page, click on the EDIT button, to the right of the ASSET ID data (as indicated).
On clicking the EDIT button, the field with the registration number (in this example, 'LC7' is the data) can be edited.
Enter the new registration value into this field and then click the SAVE icon
on the upper right-hand side of the page to finalise the change.
