Complete the job card actions on web

Prerequisites before completing this procedure:

• A job card must exist
• A SWOT must exist

Procedure

Open the job card and click on the Add icon in the Labour Summary section

On clicking the ‘Add’ symbol, a dialogue box will open

Click on ‘ADD SWOT TO JOB xx’ to access the SWOT option

When the ‘ADD SWOT TO JOB xx’ is clicked, the dialogue box will change to the image below.

 The options now are to:

• Ad a single line SWOT
• Add a consolidated SWOT

The SWOTs in use in the organisation will have been set-up.  To see the available single-line SWOTs or consolidated SWOTs, click on the relevant button and the available options will be presented.

Select the SWOT required and then ADD TO JOB CARD

End this process by clicking on the button EXIT THE PAGE.
