Introduction
This functionality in Assetminder is designed to assist the user in knowing the 'state of health' of the asset base and the individual assets within this.
Accessing the compliance functionality gives access to a comprehensive set of data concerning the asset base, defects or out of compliance events, and allows these to be addressed, fixed, and the asset brought back into full compliance.
1. Click on the COMPLIANCE icon on the home page.
2. The compliance dashboard is shown below.
This dashboard displays eight values, providing the user with a hi-level perspective on the fleet 'health' status. The eight values are:
- DEFECT MANAGER - total number of open defects in the fleet, across all levels. https://assetminder.kayako.com/en-gb/article/179-defect-manager
- MONITOR STATUS - the total number of defects, flagged as 'MONITOR' that are open across the fleet.
- FIRST USE DRIVER CHECK - defects identified during the first driver check / walkaround check that is usually carried out at the start of each day.
- CAMPAIGNS - campaign actions, e.g., recall actions, that are open and to be completed. https://assetminder.kayako.com/en-gb/section/29-campaigns
- TECHNICAL LIBRARY https://assetminder.kayako.com/en-gb/section/30-technical-library
- EARNED RECOGNITION - This is only relevant to UK operators. Earned recognition is a voluntary scheme for vehicle operators operated by the UK Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and is a way for operators to demonstrate that their organisations meet driver and vehicle standards. Information is (automatically) shared with DVSA and if that data demonstrates the vehicles and drivers are operating in compliance with regulation, then these vehicles are less likely to be stopped for roadside inspection. The value shown here is a score, as determined by DVSA.

- DRIVER LICENSE CHECK
