Complete the job card actions on web

Prerequisites before completing this procedure:

1. Create a job card

Procedure

1. Open the job card and click the View Page icon in the Instructions tile

2. The instructions page details the instructions, defects, planned events, and SWOTS for this job card

3. Set the defects to a complete status if done

4. Check off the checkboxes for the instructions, defects, planned events, and SWOTS as completed. Click Save when done

• Add labour to job card
• Add parts to job card
• Close and sign off a job card
