Add Labour to a Job Card

Prerequisites before completing this procedure:

1. Create a job card


Procedure

1. Open the job card and click the Add New icon in the Labour tile



2. The Add Labour tab opens by default


3. Select the labour rate from the dropdown list


4. Select the Technician from the available user list


5. Set the Start time and End time for the job


6. Select the repair code if needed


7. Click Save to commit that labour rate entry


8. Repeat the process as needed for all other labour charges to the job card. Click Exit the Page when done


9. Verify your work in the Labour tile on the job card


10. To make a correction, click the Search icon on the Labour tile


11. Make the changes or corrections as needed


12. Click Save when done
