Assign & Schedule a User to a Job Card

Prerequisites before completing this procedure

  1. Create a job card


Procedure

1. Open the job card and click the menu button on the top left-hand side of the screen


2. Select the Job Assignment option from the list


3. Select the assigned user from the dropdown list 



4. Choose the assigned date


5. Select the From and To times


6. Click Assign


7. The user is now assigned to this job card on that date and during that time


8. Multiple technicians may be assigned to a job card so repeat the process for all other assigned users. Click Save and Close when done
