Add a Location

Locations are the highest level of the asset hierarchy. They determine access rights to asset and maintenance data in the application. Assets and vehicles will be located at a home location on the asset record. 


1. To add a new asset location, click the Administrator Settings icon on the home screen


2. Click Enterprise


3. Click Locations


4. Click the Add New icon


5. Fill in the details of the new location


6. If this location 


7. Click Save when done. 


8. Repeat for all other locations
