On the main screen within a job, you now have the convenience of signing off a Job Card without having to navigate through to the Job Card Review (JR) section.
This enhancement is used for internal projects and tasks not subject to direct billing. However, its benefits extend beyond, offering significant time-saving advantages across the board.
1. To access this functionality, simply activate the setting at the User level within configuration - users.
2. When a Job Card is in Pending, a new button will appear on the main screen.
3. Click the Quick Sign Off button. A pop up to warn you of any outstanding inspection approvals for that asset. If there are any, you can click to be taken directly to those inspections, within the compliance section.
4. If all inspections have been approved, you can continue to Sign Off Job Card.
5. Click Yes to sign off the Job Card.
