Add Duty Types

Duties are considered those non-billable technician or mechanic responsibilities outside of the billable work. For example:

Billable work

• Inspect and diagnose problems and figure out the best way to correct them
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
• Order supplies from catalogs and storerooms

Non-billable work

• Cleaning
• Commuting to pick up parts
• Training & Upskilling

1. Click the Administrator Settings icon on the home screen.

2. Click Duty Types.

4. Click the Add New icon to add new duty types.

5. A blank will appear. 

6. Fill in the name of the new DUTY TYPE. 

7. Click SAVE. 

8. Repeat as required.
