This enables you to efficiently add commonly used Instructions as Favourites. With the ability to create and modify Favourites directly within the Job Card interface, you can streamline your workflow without navigating through configuration settings.
1. Open a job card Select the Favourites Icon.
2. To add a new favourite. Type in the instructions and click SAVE.
3. The instruction will appear in the instruction detail. Click on Favourites Icon. The instruction will be added to the favourites list.
4. To add an instruction from the favourites list, click on the Favourites icon.
5. The list of favourites will appear and select an instruction from the list. Multiple instructions can be selected. Click Save.
6. The instruction(s) will appear in the entry field. Click Save
7. The instruction(s) will be added to the job card.
8. Click on X to exit screen.
9. To review, edit or delete your favourites click on the gear icon to access administration panel.
10. Click on jobs and parts.
11. Click on Favourites.
12. The list of favourite instructions will appear.
13. Click on the edit icon to edit an instruction.
14. Click the Bin icon to delete an instruction.
15. Click on X to exit.
