Create a Workshop Booking

PROCEDURE

1. Click on the XB planner icon.   

2. The XB Planner will open in a new window. Click on Workshop loading.   

3. Click anywhere in the available slots 

4. A dialogue box will open to create a new booking.  

5. Add the Asset ID, Event type and Driver name.  

6. Click Save Booking   

7. Click on Job Card Management.   

8. If there are any open cards open for the asset it can be selected and click on ‘USE THIS JOB CARD’.  

9. If there is no Job cards open a Job card can be created for the booking. Click on ‘CREATE NEW JOB CARD’.  

10. Return to Booking and the Job card assigned will be filled in.  

11. Click SAVE BOOKING.

12. The booking is now visible on the planner.
