Enable Dundas Reports for a User

It is not possible to enable Dundas reports for a user on the front end. It must be updated by Assetminder tech support on the back end. 


To give the user access to Dundas reports, the system administrator must submit a tech support ticket by emailing tickets@assetminder.help. Include:

  • Current username / email address
  • Request to grant Dundas report access
